Flexible Organization

Constant growth within Lecon Group needs flexible structures. The years of reorganization were determined by innovative solutions. The branches have been prepared for the rough rules of a severe international competition and devided into slim, quick units, flexibly reacting on the rapid movements on worldwide market.

Innovation in Quick Units

By way of foundation of modern profit-centers Lecon Group appears with a slim and effective organization. Strategically led by two managing directors all profit-centers are equally operating side by side on international market. The result: a clearly higher reaction-ability on the always quicker changements within each branch. Accordingly, the preconditions were set to act even closer to the consumer and the market.
